Shannon Crowder is a Principal with the Resource Planning Group (RPG) with 20+ years of programming experience. Since joining the firm, Shannon has been involved and/or led numerous planning projects related to ambulatory, acute care, rehabilitation, mental health, complex care, and community health care. Of late, Shannon’s projects have increasingly had a social and wellness focus, working with health care facilities and community agencies to provide planning and engagement in consideration of underserved and vulnerable populations. This includes several projects related to planning for Indigenous spiritual, cultural, and health services, including work for the All Nations Hospital, the New Edmonton Hospital Project, the Meno-Ya-Win Health Centre, and the Winnipeg Indigenous Hospice, among others.
