David has worked in management consulting for over 25 years on complex infrastructure and business/operational transition initiatives at a program and individual project level. David’s specific areas of expertise include project planning, project oversight, and project risk management. He has extensive experience with the Province of Ontario’s P3 model (BF, DBF, DBFM) for the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from both the capital and operational readiness perspective.
