Catherine Youngson has worked at The Ottawa Hospital for 35 years. Her leadership career includes Clinical Management of ICU, Manager for Ebola Virus Disease Preparedness, Manager of Medical affairs and Patient Relations and Manager of Process Improvement for Emergency and Patient flow. Catherine is now the Program Director for the Command Center, Patient Access and Patient Flow where she is responsible for significant improvement of our P4R initiative related to inpatient flow and has led the development of our corporate COVID flow strategy.
