Event Registration
Registration fees are non-refundable. If a registrant is unable to attend, a substitute from the same organization may attend with prior written notice to CCHF.
CCHF does not guarantee the participation of any specific speaker, presenter, sponsor, or exhibitor. Program content and speakers may change without notice.
In the unlikely event that CCHF cancels an event, registrants will receive a credit equal to the registration fee, redeemable toward a future CCHF event in the same region. No additional compensation will be provided.

To facilitate event registration and attendance, CCHF may collect personal information including names, contact details, organization information, dietary restrictions, accessibility requirements, and payment information. This information is used solely for event administration, communication, and related services.
