Scott brings 20 years of professional experience leading projects and strategic change initiatives in health care, education and international development. Scott holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of British Columbia and certifications in project management, change management, evidenced-based healthcare design, and intercultural competency. Scott is passionate about innovation in healthcare and believes that projects can be catalysts for improving health outcomes, equity, and value.
