Ronald has over 35 years of global experience as an integrated architect, planner, and strategic advisor. A skilled communicator, he believes in a collaborative approach to design and project delivery. While he has worked on projects of all scopes and sizes, his key areas of focus have been on the strategic rethinking of space and how it affects healthcare delivery, the management and execution of large-scale acute care, mental health and complex care facilities, and providing advisory services on differing delivery methodologies from both the compliance/project definition and procurement perspectives. His most valued contribution is as a “trusted advisor,” guiding clients from the inception/definition of their projects, through to their delivery and execution, with a focus on innovation, operational outcomes, and long-term value for money.
