In her role as Clinical Planning Manager, Elizabeth is helping to lead clinical service planning for the Slocan Site Redevelopment Project so that it champions equity, cultural safety, family-centred care and innovation. Elizabeth has a clinical background as a Registered Psychologist. Prior to serving as the Head of Psychology for BC Children’s and Women’s Hospitals, she worked on tertiary multi-disciplinary assessment teams that supported children with complex developmental conditions, as well as teams that supported children with complex medical needs. In her leadership roles, Elizabeth prioritizes collaboration and creativity in order to create meaningful system change.
