Krista Wells-Pearce

A graduate of both Queen’s University and the MHSA program at Dalhousie University, she has spent the last 14 years in planning for the three Kingston hospitals (including 11 years at Kingston General Hospital) and has a wide variety of experience in all healthcare sectors including acute, sub-acute and ambulatory care, specialized mental health & forensics, long-term care, and research facilities. Krista is a LEED Green Associate.

She lead the Build-Finance Redevelopment Project at KGH (completed in 2011), is now implementing the Providence Care Hospital DBFM project (which will be the first facility of its kind to fully intermingle Rehabilitation, Complex Continuing Care and Specialized Mental Health patients).

In her role at Providence Care, Krista also has responsibility for Food & Nutrition Services, Transportation & Logistics as well as Facility Management Services which includes maintenance, environmental services, protection services, material management and biomedical engineering.
