Kirk Fisher is the Chief Executive Officer of the Lark Group and has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, with a strong background in construction delivery. After obtaining his engineering degree in 1989, Kirk joined Lark Group, his family business, where he worked across both construction and development sectors before advancing into senior leadership.
From 1997 to 1999, he completed an Executive MBA at SFU while continuing to advance the company’s growing development portfolio. Kirk became Development Manager in 2005 and was appointed Senior Vice President in 2007, later assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer.
As CEO, Kirk leads Lark’s overall development strategy, overseeing project origination, land acquisition, financing, design development, and delivery across a diverse portfolio. He works closely with internal teams and partners to guide projects from early vision through to execution and long-term operations.
Kirk has been instrumental in expanding Lark Group into institutional and mixed-use development, with a particular focus on healthcare and residential care. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the delivery of over 4,000 care beds across British Columbia, while also guiding complex, multi-phase developments that integrate healthcare, education, housing, and commercial uses.
