Helena Margiotta is a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience in healthcare leadership. She has held a variety of progressive leadership roles in quality improvement, patient safety and hospital operations. In her roles she has gained insight and expertise in multiple clinical and non-clinical support areas. She has successfully led large teams, utilizing lean methodology, to improve the quality, efficiency and cost of patient care processes. Helena is thoroughly engaged in ensuring we have a sustainable health care system with engaged teams that will enhance the patient experience.
In her current role at Stantec Helen works with healthcare organizations undergoing redevelopment and assists the senior teams to ensure their operations and their people are ready to provide high quality and safe care in their redeveloped spaces.
