Kirsten will review KRA’s strategy to better integrate the principles of LEAN design into a scalable format, tailored to each project, and how it made a significant impact on project outcomes. Topics reviewed will include, designer architect as facilitator, development of consensus approach, better supporting operations, flows in planning, supportive space instead of institutional space, understanding post occupancy data.
Innovative partnerships are becoming common ground to move capital projects forward and in the meantime improve on the integrated health services delivery.
