Carl Drohomereski is a Registered Architect with 15 years of experience leading complex projects across Western Canada. As Architecture49’s Regional Healthcare Sector Lead, he guides business development, client engagement, and project delivery for healthcare initiatives throughout the Prairies.
Carl has extensive experience in healthcare planning and design, including his role as Surgical Planner for the Healthcare Centre of Excellence (HCCE) in Winnipeg, where he has supported the planning and design of advanced surgical and clinical environments. His expertise includes clinical programming, functional planning, space planning, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of operational requirements into facility design.
Throughout his career, Carl has successfully managed projects for both public and private sector clients, overseeing all phases of delivery from assessment and planning through construction administration. His combination of healthcare planning expertise, technical knowledge, and project leadership enables him to deliver practical, client-focused solutions for complex healthcare environments.
