Kate is Vice President, Redevelopment & Facilities at Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN), where she provides strategic leadership for one of Ontario’s most significant healthcare redevelopment initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure, Kate brings extensive expertise in capital planning, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. Her career includes leading major healthcare infrastructure projects at Infrastructure Ontario across a range of delivery models, as well as direct operational experience at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, where she contributed to its capital redevelopment program.
