Joseph has worked on several of EllisDon’s Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects and has been active in spreading his knowledge and experience internally and in the broader construction industry.
Joseph has been active in supporting and further developing best practices at EllisDon. He has also been a champion in improving pre-construction, planning, and scheduling functions at EllisDon’s corporate level and introducing new technology to improve construction processes at the site level. As a firm believer in Lean Construction, Joseph has been spreading his knowledge and experience to projects throughout EllisDon.
