Jennifer Robinson is the Director of Redevelopment Projects at Hamilton Health Sciences (HHS). A registered Physiotherapist, she has held a range of formal and informal leadership roles across the organization before transitioning to Capital Development in 2023, where she applies her strong quality‑improvement and operational leadership expertise. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Jennifer led the conversion of a commercial hotel into a 90‑bed post‑acute hospital and later planned and executed a provincially mandated Field Hospital to support system‑wide capacity needs.
Jennifer holds a Master of Physiotherapy from McMaster University, an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She and the HHS Redevelopment team are concluding the $224‑million West Lincoln Memorial Hospital rebuild, which reached substantial completion in September 2025, and are leading the Juravinski Hospital redevelopment project, currently pending functional program approval.
