Feby helps clients transform their vision into sustainable, high-performing healthcare facilities. A strong advocate for sustainable design, she integrates environmentally responsible strategies through thoughtful building systems, material selection, and carbon reduction measures.
Within NORR’s Health Sciences portfolio, Feby leads the national rollout of Canadian Blood Services Plasma Donor Centres and manages key projects that advance healthcare delivery and research. She is also overseeing a new standalone ambulatory surgical centre designed to help address surgical backlogs and support evolving models of care.
