Dominique O’Riordan is the Director of Capital & Planning Strategy at Sinai Health, where she leads a diverse portfolio encompassing major capital and renewal planning, space management and workplace strategy, delivery of minor projects, and oversight of the P3 contract at Bridgepoint Hospital.
Over the past decade at Sinai Health, Dominique has led master planning across the organization and strategic initiatives that connect clinical and organizational priorities with the planning and design of healthcare environments. Her current work includes translating Sinai Health’s strategic direction for mental health into capital planning requirements; leading the planning and design of a new Centre for Mature Women’s Health and a new women’s ultrasound clinic; advancing workplace strategy, including the development of a physician workplace strategy; and rolling out Sinai Health’s first IWMS and PMIS. Dominique holds an MBA and a Master of Public Health. Across her work, she focuses on establishing clear strategic alignment, so capital decisions respond to service needs, workforce priorities and patient experience.
