Colin brings over 20 years’ experience in operations management in a variety of environments. He started his career with Redpath Sugar in Toronto optimizing equipment and processes to reduce energy use and maximize throughput. Moving through project engineering he worked his way ultimately to the Plant Manager role, in which he was responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facilities, equipment and systems.
Colin then moved to Vancouver and worked for the University of British Columbia’s Building Operations group. Back in Ontario, he assumed the role of Director of Facilities and Planning for the Royal Canadian Yacht Club responsible for creating deferred maintenance plans and multi-year capital and real estate plans. Prior to joining EllisDon, Colin served as Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital’s (OTMH) Facility General Manager. He now oversees the entire operations from coast to coast of the EllisDon Facilities Services team.
