Colin Flock leads EllisDon Facilities Services (EDFS), overseeing the delivery of facilities management, operations and maintenance, lifecycle, and asset management services across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector infrastructure.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning industrial operations, healthcare, higher education, and commercial facilities, Colin brings a unique combination of engineering, operational, and financial expertise. Since joining EllisDon in 2017, he has helped grow EDFS into a core component of the business and expand its presence across Canada, the United States, and Ireland.
Drawing on extensive experience operating and maintaining complex infrastructure assets, Colin focuses on operational excellence, asset stewardship, innovation, and sustainability. His work spans the full asset lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on helping public and private partners maximize long-term value through collaborative operating models and continuous improvement.
