Amber Ruttan is the ICAT Project Manager at Hamilton Health Sciences, with more than 20 years of experience in information technology. After joining HHS in 2012, she held a variety of IT operations and leadership roles before transitioning into project management. As ICAT Project Manager for the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital redevelopment, Amber leads the coordination and implementation of technology solutions that support modern healthcare facilities and enhance both patient and staff experiences.
