Amanda Bechberger, RN, MScN, is a healthcare leader with more than 20 years of experience in critical care nursing, healthcare leadership, program management, quality improvement, healthcare planning, and business development. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Windsor and has held leadership roles across healthcare organizations in Ontario, Alberta, and New Jersey.
Amanda currently serves as Director, Growth & Development for EllisDon Infrastructure Services, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, client engagement, and account development across a diverse portfolio of services supporting healthcare and infrastructure clients. Prior to this role, she led business development for EllisDon’s Furniture, Equipment & Design team, working closely with hospitals and healthcare organizations to support the planning and delivery of complex healthcare projects.
Drawing on experience in both healthcare operations and healthcare infrastructure, Amanda brings a unique perspective that connects clinical, operational, and project goals to help organizations deliver better outcomes for patients, staff, and communities.
