Heather Bosko, MID, NCIDQ, PIDIM is a Senior Planner with Shared Health Manitoba’s Capital & Facilities Management team, supporting healthcare capital planning and development across the provincial health system. With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare planning and design, Heather works at the intersection of clinical operations, facility planning, infrastructure investment and project delivery. Her work includes system-level multi-year capital planning and prioritization, as well as early needs assessment, functional programming, option development, stakeholder engagement and business case planning. Heather has supported complex acute care redevelopment initiatives, including the Health Sciences Centre Adult Emergency Department Expansion Study, and brings an owner-side perspective on how early operational engagement can strengthen planning decisions, reduce downstream project risk and better align capital investments with the realities of healthcare delivery.
