David brings more than 25 years of experience with PCL and over two decades in the construction industry, serving as a Senior Construction Manager on landmark projects including the Wawanesa North American Headquarters, Royal Aviation Museum, Qaumajuq at the Winnipeg Art Gallery, True North Square, and the Healthcare Centre of Excellence. With a strong mechanical engineering background, he is dedicated to understanding client objectives and delivering value-driven solutions that optimize both project outcomes and schedules.
