Tracey Schlamb is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Chief Nursing Officer at CancerCare Manitoba. A registered nurse and healthcare executive, she brings extensive experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and the delivery of patient-centered care across complex healthcare environments. Throughout her career, Tracey has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to advance clinical excellence, strengthen healthcare services, and improve outcomes for patients and families.
In addition to her operational leadership responsibilities, Tracey has been actively involved in healthcare facility planning and development. Prior to assuming her current role, she played a key leadership role in CancerCare Manitoba’s second building project, contributing to the planning and design process to ensure the facility met the evolving needs of patients, staff, and the healthcare system. This experience provided valuable insight into the integration of clinical operations, infrastructure, and strategic growth. Tracey is passionate about creating healthcare environments that support exceptional care, innovation, and future sustainability.
