Scott Stephanson is Program Lead, Department Led Capital Projects at Shared Health, where he leads the planning and delivery of major healthcare infrastructure initiatives across Manitoba. With a background in commercial real estate development and executive leadership in office, multi-family, and mixed-use projects, Scott brings a collaborative, people-centered approach to complex capital programs.
Known for building high-performing teams and fostering strong partnerships among clinical leaders, government stakeholders, consultants, and construction partners, he has been instrumental in advancing transformative healthcare projects across the province. Scott leads multidisciplinary teams through project initiation, engagement, design, procurement, and construction, while overseeing governance, budgeting, funding, forecasting, and reporting.
His current portfolio includes major long-term care developments and the new CancerCare Manitoba facility in Winnipeg. Through strategic leadership, relationship-building, and a commitment to accountability, Scott continues to help deliver healthcare infrastructure that supports better outcomes for Manitobans.
