Brandon Bayley-Hay

Brandon Bayley-Hay, PMP, is the Founder of B3 Strategic Transformations (B3ST) and a recognized leader in healthcare infrastructure and transformation. His career has taken him across virtually every side of healthcare capital projects, with leadership and project delivery roles at Trillium Health Partners, EllisDon, HealthPRO, and Colliers Project Leaders, where he most recently served as a Principal. This rare combination of owner, constructor, procurement, and advisory experience has given Brandon a unique perspective on what it takes to successfully navigate some of Canada’s most complex healthcare redevelopment projects. After years of working within traditional project delivery models, Brandon founded B3ST with a belief that healthcare transformation can be done differently. His approach challenges conventional silos by bringing owners, constructors, and industry partners together earlier to make better decisions, reduce the friction and create better outcomes.
