Tony Cook

Tony Cook is a Construction Manager and has twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry, twenty-three with PCL, working on a variety of commercial, government, and institutional buildings. He is extremely skilled at scheduling and phasing, and is highly detail oriented. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Carleton University (1993), and is a LEED Green Associate (2016). Tony’s work in the health care field includes project management on properties such as the Sudbury Regional Hospital (PM – Redevelopment), The Montfort Hospital (PM – Early Works) and the Kingston General Hospital (CM – Redevelopment). Other career accomplishments include the construction management of the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC) Long Term Accommodation Project and he is currently putting the final touches on the Bank of Canada Head Office Renewal project, as well as managing the University of Ottawa STEM Complex project. Tony will bring the contractor’s perspective on construction innovations and lessons learned to the topic of driving value and achieving results in Healthcare Construction.
