Susanna brings fifteen years of strategic portfolio management experience, overseeing major projects in both public and private sectors across Canada and the United States. She brings solutions in risk mitigation, quality assurance, cost control, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management within multi-disciplinary project teams and complex governance structures. Her current and past projects focus on healthcare, education, and public works.
Since 2018, Susanna has been with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority as the Project Director within its Vancouver Acute Capital Projects portfolio. She is also the Deputy Chief Project Officer for both Phases 1 and 2 of the VGH OR Renewal Project, where she leads the standards, risks, financials, schedules, contracts, procurement strategies, and deliverables. She represents her projects to internal and external partners in the areas of governance, processes, accountabilities, and outcomes. These stakeholders and partners include various Senior Executive Teams, Boards, Ministries, Infrastructure BC, and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
