The architect Søren Daugbjerg is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Søren Daugbjerg been the architect of a number large scale complex projects working as an architect for over 25 years such as Terminal 3 and Air Control Tower in Copenhagen Airport, new laboratory building for the Science Faculty at Copenhagen University. Focus for the last 5 years the field of work has been Health Care Design. The New Psychiatric Hospital in Slagelse ( in operation ), The New North Zealand Hospital and The Copenhagen Steno Diabetes Center are good examples of the humane “putting the patient first “ approach emphasizing close contact to nature and daylight with in combination with regards function and efficiency, that characterises Søren Daugbjerg´s work.
