Leads operational readiness/commissioning and transition planning across the network. This includes the large and complex SMH 3.0 capital redevelopment project, encompassing a large number of decanting moves and demolition of the 17-storey stairwell attached to an existing wing with immediate adjacencies to critical care and operating rooms. Successfully led the operational readiness acceleration of critical care units and acute inpatient units in the new patient care tower in response to COVID-19. Effectively led the development of the transition budget (operating and capital) and business case and ensuing Ministry discussions.
