Larisa Tcherednitchenko leads the WSP Collaborative Partnering team. She has over 12 years of experience in the consulting engineering field, including 4 years leading win strategy for major transportation and infrastructure bids and successfully implementing ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationships in Canada. Larisa has extensive experience in developing teams across multiple sectors, including buildings, transportation, and infrastructure and in multiple contract models, including Alliance, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Progressive Design Build (PDB), and Delivery Partner projects. Having worked on projects such as the Union Station Enhancement Project Alliance (Canada’s first infrastructure alliance project) and the Calgary Green Line Progressive Design Build from early teaming stages through to Collaborative Behavioural assessment, she continues to support the teams on the joint client development phase.
