Lakh has over 25 years of experience in healthcare as a clinician, administrator, and a capital projects leader. Presently, Lakh is serving as Project Director for the Center for Mental Health and Addictions to ensure the successful completion of the new Facility, and implementation of Clinical operations, IMIT and Equipment solutions. Previous capital projects include the Surrey Memorial Hospital Critical Care Tower Expansion and Jim Pattison Surgical and Outpatient Center. Lakh has held progressive leadership positions as Director Acute Clinical Programs and as Executive Director Health Services at Surrey Memorial and Eagle Ridge Hospitals.
Lakh holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Master’s Degree of Arts (Leadership) from RRU, a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from SFU and a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Sciences (Respiratory) from TRU. As well, a Certificate in Healthcare Operations from the IHI. Lakh is published author on the topic of Healthcare Change and Leadership Resiliency. Lakh draws on this diverse education and experience to lead the development of healthcare facilities that are client and staff focused, operationally and functionally connected.
