Ken Cameron

Ken has worked in the architecture and project management consulting field for more than 28 years on complex infrastructure and business and operational transition initiatives at both a program and individual project level.

Specific areas of expertise include project implementation strategy, implementation planning facilitation, schedule assessment, and project risk management. Ken has extensive experience with the Province of Ontario’s Alternative Financing and Procurement model (BF, DBF, DBFM) for delivery of complex infrastructure projects from both the capital and operational readiness perspective.

Success has come from maintaining a business perspective while taking a collaborative approach that ensures cooperation and communication between the Client’s internal stakeholders, outside consultants and user groups.

Proficient in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors, Ken’s project experience includes hands-on project management and advisory leadership roles on a wide variety of projects in the healthcare, gaming, education, power, and general construction industries.
