John MacSween

John’s skills span the entire range of architectural services where he possesses diverse experience in planning and design of both renovation and new construction. He manages projects from inception through completion, ensuring project quality and continuity. His extensive involvement in and leadership of DB/P3/DBFM projects has afforded John an uncommon depth of knowledge in this specialized area. He has been in the role of design team lead for some of Canada’s largest and most successful P3 and Design-Build healthcare projects including the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre, Restigouche Mental Hospital in New Brunswick, the new critical care tower at Surrey Memorial Hospital, the Regional Mental Health Centre in London and St. Thomas, Ontario, the Segal Mental Health Centre at the Vancouver General Hospital, the new patient care tower at Penticton Regional Hospital and, most recently, the new Center for Addiction and Mental Health at the Riverview campus in Coquitlam, BC.
