William Osler Health System is a large community hospital with three sites in the Northwest corner of the Greater Toronto Area.
Jane joined Osler in 2009 and is currently the Associate Vice President (AVP) Clinical Operations and site lead for Brampton Civic Hospital. As AVP she is accountable for strategic oversight, service delivery, business development and implementation and operational excellence for a portfolio of programs which include Surgical and Ambulatory Care Services, Cardiovascular, Renal, Chronic Disease, Women’s and Children’s and Seniors..
Jane is committed to enhancing system capacity by developing linkages and collaboration within the Central West LHIN, the community and other health care partners regionally and provincially. Jane is dedicated to improving the patient experience through innovation, improved quality and achievement of best practice by utilizing change management skills in organizational and program planning, design and operations. She has a special interest in utilizing virtual technology to enable and support patient care processes and transitions in care.
Prior to joining Osler Jane held senior leadership positions in both Academic and community health systems for more than 20 years.
