Erik Nordgren

Erik, the director of equipment planning at Agnew Peckham, has over 10 years of experience in finding equipment solutions that will optimize workflow within the planned space. He is experienced in building cross-functional stakeholder groups ensuring there is sufficient clinical and other user input without hindering daily operations. Acting as the primary liaison between the contractor and clinical teams, Erik has managed the planning, budgeting, procurement, shop drawing coordination, installation, commissioning, and training planning for millions of dollars of medical and non-medical equipment and furniture. His understanding of the needs of clinical users and the limitations of a contractor are critical to the successful implementation of FF&E on large scale capital healthcare projects. Previous project experience includes Mount Sinai Hospital (Women’s & Infants’ Health redevelopment project), Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Milton District Hospital, West Park Healthcare Centre, and Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital.
