Debby Shapero Propp is a commercial lawyer with a focus on supply chain, technology and health law, providing legal services in the private, public and broader public sectors. Her experience of over 25 years includes private practice and in-house counsel positions at both the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and shared service organizations. Debby provides advice on challenging procurement initiatives, document development, major group procurements, all aspects of increasingly complex supply chain issues and related commercial processes including trade agreement matters. She acts for her clients in technology acquisitions and negotiations. Debby also provides virtual general counsel services for organizations and extra-provincial legal services.
Debby Shapero Propp was external legal counsel to UHN in the development and use of Competitive Dialogue at UHN.
Debby has authored numerous articles and regularly speaks and teaches across Canada. Debby is a founding member of the Health Lawyer Network (HLN) www.healthlawyernetwork.ca
