Bart joined Colliers Project Leaders in 2012 as a Senior Project Manager and has led healthcare projects for nearly 15 years as an owner and an owner’s representative. He appreciates the challenges that all project managers face in executing effective project delivery, particularly when dealing with user expectations and finite budgets. The majority of his projects have been delivered using the Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) delivery model and include a mix of acute and ambulatory care developments. Recently, Bart led and completed the Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre in Hamilton, Ontario through all project stages. He has also led Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment and transition activities for a number of his healthcare projects. Bart’s commitment to both project management and sustainability is evidenced by his Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate designations, respectively.
