Andrew Kidd is a lawyer by background and real estate professional by career with over 30 years of experience based in Toronto. He has been part of the senior team responsible for development of new assets at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT for the last 9 years. Prior to NorthWest Andrew was Vice President & Managing Director of CBRE Consulting for over eight years and has also held senior positions in real estate development with Manulife, Intracorp and Cadillac Fairview. His experience extends from investment, development, financing and asset management across multiple markets. Andrew has been continuously involved in the real estate industry and not for profit community serving on a variety of panels, lecturing sessions and boards.
