Alan brings over 25 years experience in a variety of property and facilities management organizations, for both property owners and service provider organizations across a variety of sectors. He brings a truly unique perspective to projects, with extensive experience as both an FM operator and a project developer. His career began as a Chartered Building Surveyor in the UK. After obtaining his Masters Degree in Facilities Management from Strathclyde University Alan immigrated to Canada in 1996 where his career has closely followed the evolution of the Canadian Public Private Partnership (PPP) market. Alan has been with Bouygues E&S since 2009 and has been actively involved in the pursuit, mobilization and subsequent performance management of a variety of social infrastructure projects.
