Patricia Santiago (MES, PMP) has more than 25 years of experience working in capital redevelopment projects. In her current role as Director of Operational Readiness and Move Readiness at Colliers Project Leaders, she is responsible for leading the strategic direction that helps clients bridge the gaps between construction and operations and occupancy. By focusing on the transition period leading up to move-in, Patricia has helped dozens of healthcare clients shift their attention to what will be new and different in the operations of their new spaces, and to seize the opportunity to get all the “rights” in place: the right equipment, the right staff, the right processes and the right policies.
