Sinai Health System has had a unique experience of two AFP projects with vastly different challenges. The Bridgepoint facility was a new build with demanding city approval requirements. Currently, SHS is undertaking an extremely invasive renovation of the Mount Sinai Hospital site. This presentation will highlight the experiences of these two projects and share the lessons learned.
