Reconnecting, redesigning and rebuilding

CCHF is honoured to be holding our first live event in 3 years at Fasken Law Firm, Toronto with special guest Christine Elliott, former Ontario Deputy Premiere and Ontario Minister of Health who recently joined Fasken.

CCHF has curated a unique program with our incredibly deep network of health capital experts and seasoned health leaders to help us provide perspective and direction for future focused capital and operations investments so moving forward we can allocate precious human resources and high value care where needed while providing health services for all.

This program offered is a little bit different. After all it has been 3 years so much of our agenda is focused on integrating conversations, questions and leading edge content from a policy vantage to practical insights on how we design for the future.

Each key theme will share a longer term objective complemented by what is happening right now that is redesigning the way healthcare is being delivered.

The 4 key themes that will be discussed include:

  1. Health Workplace Trends – Addressing Needs Though Workforce Operations and Design
  2. Smart Infrastructure Investments and Approaches
  3. Addressing Bed Blockers and Building Capacity
  4. Navigating Risks in Health Builds and Achieving desired Outcomes
