As the Founder and Managing Director of Elewana Advisory, she leads a boutique consultancy dedicated to redefining the healthcare experience through digital innovation. Jennifer also serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Workforce Wellness, a BC-based startup pioneering Agentic AI to eliminate administrative burden and enhance the provider experience.
With a global professional footprint spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Jennifer brings a rare combination of public-sector scale and private-sector agility to the stage. She most recently served as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer and VP of Digital Patient and Provider Experience at Fraser Health Authority— one of Canada’s largest integrated health systems. In this role, she architected the digital transformation strategy for a network of 48,000 staff and 13 hospitals, establishing Fraser Health as a global leader in clinical AI through the deployment of predictive algorithms, digital twins, and large language models.
Prior to her leadership at Fraser Health, Jennifer was the Executive Vice President of Global Solutions Management at Altera Digital Health, where she provided operational and strategic direction for international health systems solutions portfolios.
