Victoria is a seasoned Programme and Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in the construction, estates, and property sectors. As CEO of Archus, she leads the entire business with a strong foundation in technical delivery and strategic leadership. Her expertise spans all stages of development, having successfully led multidisciplinary teams to deliver major infrastructure projects, including award-winning healthcare developments.
Victoria is adept at engaging with Executive stakeholders and navigating complex, politically sensitive environments. Her C-suite experience enables her to provide clients with clear, confident leadership across high-value, multifaceted programmes.
Recognised as an industry leader in programme and project management, particularly in healthcare and modern methods of construction (MMC), Victoria is committed to innovation and collaboration in project delivery. She brings deep, practical knowledge of MMC, having led the £350m Grange University Hospital project to award-winning success. This hands-on experience positions her uniquely to advise clients on maximising the benefits of modern design and construction approaches.
Victoria also plays a key role in shaping national policy, currently advising central governments on programmatic delivery models to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sector.
Her expertise includes comprehensive procurement strategy advice, tailored to meet project needs and address industry cost pressures. She supports clients in developing commercially sound approaches, including options involving external finance.

Beyond her technical and strategic contributions, Victoria is a dedicated mentor within the construction and built environment professions. She also leads the Archus Equality, Diversity and Inclusion workstream,
championing equitable change across the industry.
