Terry Barker

Terry leads the development and successful execution of large and complex projects across the firm. Terry brings 25 years of experience from Europe and North America where he has worked on major social infrastructure and commercial projects across a broad range of project types and sectors in a number of key leadership roles. In particular, Terry brings a wealth of hands on experience developing, managing and successfully delivering large and complex projects procured via Private Public Partnerships (P3) and other similar APD methods in Europe and the Middle East where these alternative methods have been used and refined for decades before coming to North America. More recently, he served as the Project Director on several major healthcare projects in Ontario and British Columbia.

In addition to his experience as an architect and project director, Terry also pursued an academic career for several years as Director of Architectural Design and Technology at the University of Wales.
