Susan is a Capital Project Manager at The Ottawa Hospital for the past year and a Construction Project Manager with a healthcare focus for the previous thirteen years. She has managed the additions and renovations of physical spaces from initiation to first patient day including high-level project planning, Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Capital Project Submissions considering the functional program and facility requirements. Susan has worked as a General Contractor, a Consultant and the Hospital’s Owner Representative throughout her career to date and applies the value added knowledge and lessons learned to each subsequent project.
