Sarah leads the Healthcare Planning team at MM. With an early career in clinical practice, she is a dedicated healthcare specialist who advocates for a ‘a research-informed future’. She has briefed award-winning healthcare facilities and is fascinated by the influence the physical environment can have on health outcomes, wellness and user experience. Her international experience spans Canada, Australia, Asia, and the UK, bringing a global perspective to her work. In the UK, she has played a key role in shaping the New Hospital Programme’s ambitious approach to co-production and co-design and sees this as a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare design by incorporating ‘the best of’ global best practice. and to, ultimately, influence the paradigm of UK healthcare.
