Noor Esmail

Noor Esmail is Executive Director at Fraser Health Authority  in Vancouver and Chief Project Officer for the $2.4 billion Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project, leading its transformation into a modern medical and surgical campus. With 30+ years in healthcare and major capital projects — including Lions Gate and Richmond hospitals in Vancouver — he has also directed international education and healthcare projects with the Aga Khan Development Network across Africa, the Middle East, and South/Central Asia. Noor holds degrees in architecture and physiology from McGill University and was appointed in 2024 to the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Board of Governors.
