As EllisDon Facilities Service’s (EDFS) Vice President, Advisory, Pursuits and Technical, Ned Flynn brings over twenty years of experience in developing, implementing and delivering services solutions and approaches to the market. Ned is responsible for the development of effective and responsive operations and maintenance proposals for P3 projects in Ontario and across Canada. This sees him provide leadership to help ensure the operational perspective is represented during the design and construction of every project. Successful proposals include Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, West Park Healthcare Centre, Royal Inland Hospital and Penticton Regional Hospital.
