Navin is a Director with Deloitte Canada. Navin leads Deloitte’s integrated healthcare infrastructure capability, Health Activation, across Canada. Over the past 15 years, Navin has worked with hospitals and health authorities across all stages of the capital planning lifecycle, including visioning and clinical services planning, functional programming, and operational readiness. Navin’s experience spans all hospital types, including large academic, community, small/rural and specialized organizations, across all major provinces and territories in Canada. Navin leads Deloitte’s Health Activation alliance partnerships to provide integrated supports to hospitals from conceptualization to design planning, including with organizations such as The Hospital for Sick Children, Shared Health Manitoba, and Fraser Health Authority. In 2024, Navin was seconded in the capacity as the VP of Capital Planning and Development for a complex continuing care / rehabilitation facility. Prior to consulting, Navin worked at the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care and the Ontario Hospital Association.
